I specialize in working with adults who feel trapped in cycles of emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and the lasting effects of trauma. EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy is a core part of my approach. This evidence-based treatment helps the brain process and resolve traumatic experiences, reducing emotional intensity, shifting negative beliefs, and easing body-based trauma responses.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of noticing your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with curiosity and without judgment. I use mindfulness to help clients build awareness of their internal experiences, regulate their nervous system, and respond with intention rather than react automatically.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you identify and challenge negative beliefs that no longer serve you. Together, we will reframe your thoughts, develop healthier patterns, and create practical strategies for lasting change.
Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation focuses on helping clients understand the mind-body connection behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We explore how patterns formed as adaptive responses, often rooted in early experiences, and how they served a purpose.
